Caring for your watch

There are a few basic principles to ensuring that you get the most life out of your watch. All of our products are built to a high degree of quality, however failing to follow these instructions may dramatically decrease the life of your product, or may even void your warranty.

First, and possibly most importantly, our watches are in no way waterproof. While the occasional splash should be fine, consistent or excessive exposure to water may destroy your watch. Water may also lead to the warping of the wood, as with other wooden products.

Secondly, although the colour of the watch will develop over time, in order to preserve the vibrancy of the watch for as long as possible, occasional maintenance is recommended. This simply involves cleaning the watch with a damp, slightly soapy cloth/glasses cleaner, and potentially applying some form of protective coating from time to time.

Thirdly, do not treat the watch roughly. It is made of wood, and will scratch.
